As much content can be applied as you could image. (Barcode, QR code, series number, production date and time, logo, guest list, universe UPC-A code, name tags, etc) 

• ❀ Water-Based/Aqueous ink: BT-2560N is an aqueous ink/Water-Based ink. Ink dry time is typically instant to a few seconds but can take longer depending on application and environment conditions. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please take out the ink cartridge from the printer and protect the print nozzle with the original cover came with the package when not in use. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head dries out, affecting print quality. In case of ink nozzle clog, you can wipe the nozzle with a soft tissue or towel.

     1. What's the difference between BT-2560N and BT-2580P Yellow ink cartridges?

     BT-2560N is aqueous ink only print on porous surfaces, mainly water absorbent surfaces. BT-2580P is solvent based ink, it could print on both porous and non-porous substrates.

     2. Can I use other brand's ink cartridge instead of Bentsai?

      Sorry, you cannot use other brand's cartridges for Bentsai's printer. Since cartridge can only recognize original printer. For your better print performance we highly recommend you purchase cartridges from Bentsai.

     3. Can I use this product for BT-HH6105B2 inkjet printer?

     Of course. This BT-2560N can apply to BT-HH6105 Series printer including B1, B2 and B3.

     4. Can the BT-2560N ink work on plastic, metal or glass?

     No, the BT-2560N only can print on porous surfaces like kraft paper, cardboard, wood, fabric and so on. If you need to print on non-porous materials such as plastic, metal or glass, pls refer to the BT-2580P ink cartridge.

     5. What to do if the prints become unacceptable?

     When the ink cartridge becomes empty, print quality will deteriorate and you will need to replace a new cartridge. But if the printg quality is caused by nozzle blockage, you can refer to the video below for troubeshooting and a quick fix.
