If you own a BENTSAI BT-HH6105B2 or BT-HH6105B3 handheld printer, it is recommended to update your device to the latest firmware version (4.0.34) to enjoy the same upgraded features and improved performance as the BT-HH6105F handheld printer.

Before upgrading, please contact us and provide your printer's current firmware version. We will guide you through the correct update process to ensure compatibility and avoid any issues.
Once your BT-HH6105B2 or BT-HH6105B3 handheld printer is upgraded to the latest firmware version, the ink cartridge compatibility will change.
The original ink cartridges (BT-2560N and BT-2580P series) will no longer be compatible. Instead, your printer will be compatible with the BB21 series (water-based ink) and BB22 series (solvent-based ink).

1. What's the difference between Bentsai BT-HH6105B2 and Bentsai BT-HH6105B3?
Bentsai BT-HH6105B2 and BT-HH6105B3 share the same print height, ink type (water based and solvent based), printing contents and both are able to be connected to a photoelectric sensor for automatic labeling and marking on a conveyor line. The difference between them is that the B2 handheld printer cannot print variable data, while the B3 handheld printer can. Additionally, while the Bentsai B2 handheld printer supports the uploading of picture files and external fonts like the Bentsai B3 handheld printer gun does, it does not support the uploading of txt files and it does not support exporting files either. Therefore, if you need import and export files, or print variable database information, the Bentsai BT-HH6105B3 will be a better option for you. Otherwise, the Bentsai B2 printer gun will be enough for you.
2. Can this Bentsai BT-HH6105B2 Handheld printer print on my product?
