We promise it’s easy. We work hard to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase, that’s why we offer 1 year quality assurance and free lifetime consulting service on all Bentsai products.


Product Returns

All of our Bentsai branded products are backed by a LIFETIME 100% satisfaction guarantee. Any product purchased from Bentsai is covered from the date of purchase for the lifetime of the product. Problems happen from time to time and we want to assure you that the appropriate action will be taken to replace the product or issue a full refund. Simply contact one of our friendly customer service representatives and we will make it right. Product concerns must be dealt with within one year from the date of purchase. Concerns made known after the one-year period will be issued store credit. All orders placed with store credit must be placed with a representative over the phone. Products over a year old must be returned or a new order must be placed before a refund is processed. Shipping costs for refunded items are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of a packing error.


Incorrectly Ordered Products and Lost Packages

Any and all items that were ordered incorrectly and opened in any way are non-refundable. We cannot resell an item once it has been opened. Please double check your printer model and part numbers when ordering & before opening. Any incomplete orders, lost packages, or incorrectly received products must be reported to our returns department within 30 days of the original order date to qualify for a replacement.



If wrong product is purchased, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or offer you a refund as long as it’s unopened and sealed condition. But shipping costs for exchange items are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact and we can get you taken care of!


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are nonrefundable, except in the event of a packing error.


Return label

If our returns department needs an item back for any reason other than a refund, a prepaid return label may be provided. Customers requesting a refund are responsible for any return shipping costs. Contact our customer service department for more information.


Refund Timeline

Customers returning items can expect to be refunded (store credit when applicable) in the method in which they paid within 7-15 business days of our receipt of their accepted return. A refund will not be processed until the product is received by our warehouse
