This After-Sales Policy outlines the warranty, return, and exchange terms for products purchased from BENTSAI. Please read carefully before requesting after-sales service.
1. Warranty Policy
1.1 Warranty Period
BENTSAI handheld printers are covered by a one-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, BENTSAI will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to have defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
1.2 Warranty Coverage
(1) Manufacturing defects
(2) Product malfunctions occurring under normal operating conditions
To be eligible for warranty service, customers must provide valid proof of purchase (such as an invoice or order number) along with clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue.
Any repaired or replaced product will continue to be covered for the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.
1.3 Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
(1) Consumable parts, including but not limited to ink cartridges, battery, screen, switches and buttons, charger, power cable, ferrule, or other accessories subject to normal wear and tear
(2) Damage caused by improper use or human factors, including dropping, collision, water damage, improper installation or maintenance, use of non-original accessories, or unauthorized disassembly or modification
(3) Damage caused by improper transportation, storage, or handling, including exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or dust
(4) Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, war, or power surge
(5) Non-quality-related issues, such as normal wear and aging, minor cosmetic defects that do not affect functionality, or malfunctions caused by unstable power supply or incorrect voltage
1.4 Warranty Claim Procedure

and Provide:
(1) A brief description of the issue
(2) Clear photos or videos showing the problem
(3) Proof of purchase
Our technical team will review the information and advise the next steps, which may include remote troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. All warranty claims are subject to final inspection and approval by BENTSAI.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
2.1 Returns Due to Incorrect Purchase (Non-Quality Issues)
If a product is purchased incorrectly, a return may be accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:
(1) The product is brand new, unused, and unopened
(2) Original packaging, accessories, and labels are complete and intact
(3) A clear video showing the product condition is provided for approval
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, storage fees, or other import-related charges incurred during the return process shall be borne by the customer.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned product is received, inspected, and confirmed to be suitable for resale.
2.2 Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Cases
(1) For non-quality-related requests, products that have been opened, used, or are no longer suitable for secondary resale
(2) Damage caused by improper use, installation, or handling
(3) Products returned without prior approval
(4) Customized or special-order products (if applicable)
2.3 Exchanges
Product exchanges are accepted only for confirmed quality-related issues covered under warranty and are subject to technical inspection and approval by BENTSAI.
3. Limitation of Liability
BENTSAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to business interruption, data loss, or loss of profits. BENTSAI’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
4. Disclaimer & Final Interpretation
All after-sales requests are subject to final inspection and confirmation by BENTSAI’s technical team. BENTSAI reserves the right to interpret, modify, or update this policy at any time. The latest version published on the official website shall prevail.
