The print quality has been consistently excellent, even on the small, curved surfaces of our products. The ink adheres well and dries almost instantly, which keeps our production flow moving without any smudging issues. The touchscreen interface is intuitive, and saving multiple templates has made switching between product lines much faster. The battery holds up well through a full 8-hour shift with regular use. We use the B45 to mark harvest dates and variety codes on our fruit cartons and plastic crates. The ink adheres well to both cardboard and plastic, and it dries fast enough that we can stack the crates immediately after printing. It's much cleaner and more professional-looking than using markers or chalk. The print head does need regular cleaning during long printing sessions, which is a minor but normal inconvenience. But for the price and the results, it's the most practical and dependable device for our packing shed.
