• ❀ Print on: EB22s can print on water absorbing and semi porous materials, including: paper, cloth, carton, wood, gypsum board, fiberboard, plastic, ceramic, glass, metal, aluminum foil, etc.

• ❀ Condition: EB22s is quick dry ink. It normally takes a few seconds for the ink to dry but can take longer depending on application and environment conditions. When the Printing needs to be Suspended, Please Cover the Protective Cover in time to Prevent the Ink Cartridge from being Air-Dried and Blocking the Nozzle. In case of Blockage, You can Wipe the Nozzle with a Soft Paper Towel.

• ❀ Warm Reminder: For best print performance, please always take the cartridge out of the printer and then cover the cartridge with its plastic cap when the printer is not in use for more than 10 minutes. This is to prevent the ink from being try and block the ink nozzle.

Precautions and Maintenance

 

1. The cartridge should be stored in the shady, cool and dry area and avoid direct sunlight due to the particularity of ink.

2. If it’s not operating for more than 10 minutes, please take out the ink cartridge from the printer and protect the print nozzle with the original cover came with the package when not in use. Otherwise, the ink cartridge head may dry out and print quality could be affected.

3. Printers from BENTSAI can only work with original cartridges from our company, any force to use an aftermarket cartridge could burn the machine or the encryption chip.

4. Fast dry ink only works with B2 B3 B85 B35 B10 printer. Please check your printer models before purchase:

- BT-2580s ink cartridges have a 0.5 inches print head, apply to B2, B3 and B10 printers.

- EB22Bs ink cartridges have a 1 inches print head, apply to B85 and B35 printers.
